Andrew Weil, MD, said that a simple breathing remedy can lower your pain, and if you stick to the treatment regularly, it can reduce the sensitivity to lower the aches. The only thing you should do is to follow these 4 steps:
Back-Pain
- The first thing you should do is to make yourself in a sitting or lying condition, but you should be comfortable. Next, you should put your tongue behind your upper teeth. Breathe out through your mouth, in a way that you make a tender whoosh sound.
- You should inhale breath through your nose with closed mouth, counting to 4. Hold the breath like that and count to 7.
- After that, you should breath out through your mouth counting to 8, again you should make the whoosh sound.
- Finally, you should inhale, and repeat the procedure 3 more times.
