Here’s the process to make your Detox foot pad at home:
Chop a small quantity of onion and garlic, put it in the boiling water and let it boil for another 10 minutes. After the mixture cools off, pour some of it in the center of the self-stick gauze pad just to make it wet. If you accidentally pour excess water on the pad, you may squeeze it. Make sure that the sticky part of the pad should not get wet.
